How to Join or Renew your membership

Club meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.

(New members should be there by 6:00pm to expedite the application/payment process and to make sure the meeting starts on time.)

Membership requirements;

Download a membership application here–   Part A      Part B    (Both parts must be filled out, and Part A has two sides.)

  • Over the age of 18.
  • Must have an active concealed carry permit, Law Enforcement ID, or be willing to submit to a background check.
  • Bring previously mentioned documents, payment and photo ID to a meeting.
  • Attend a meeting for introduction, orientation, membership payment and approval.
  • Make checks payable to “Grays Harbor Rifle and Pistol Club“–if paying by cash, please have the exact amount–we do not have change available.*

*Membership dues;

Regular (R) membership……………………$100.00 per year

Senior (S) membership (62)………………..$50.00 per year (For new applicants, if your Birthday is before April 1, the senior discount applies.)

Associate (Spouse) membership = half spouse’s

Prorated schedule for new members only;

April/May/June–$100.00 (R), $50.00 (S)

July/Aug/Sept–$75.00 (R), $38 (S)

Oct/Nov/Dec–$50.00 (R), $25.00 (S)

Jan/Feb/Mar–will include succeeding year’s dues–$25.00+$100.00=$125.00 (R), $13.00+$50.00=$63.00 (S)

To Renew your membership,

Please download and fill out Part B (for updating our contact information.), then mail in with your dues, plus $5.00 if you wish to have your key mailed to you. {Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.}
