The board has approved an updated Club Member Packet, think of it as your GHRPC User’s Manual.
If there is something addressed that you have questions about, or something you feel should be addressed in the Manual, then bring that to a meeting and tell the board.
You can download the manual below.
There have been instances where the lock has not been properly re-attached at the gates entering our leased properties.
The image below shows how it should be, with each lock in a hole of the flat bar and on each side of the slot in the pin.
Your key opens only one of the locks, remove it from the flat bar, pull it from the slot in the pin, remove the pin, open the gate.
When you close the gate, insert the pin, slide the flat bar through the slot, and re-attach our lock to the hole it was in before.
If this is unclear, contact Roy or Riley and they will explain it further.

Hello GHRPC Members. I want to inform the club members of a couple of things:
First, Trustee Gina Rawlings has informed me that Representative Jim Walsh of the 19th district has accepted her invitation to speak at our next regular monthly meeting Tuesday June 17th, 2025. Those of you that have listened to Mr. Walsh speak before at our meetings know that he is a strong advocate for our club and a fountain of information on the legislation the state has passed or is trying to pass. I know there will be lots of questions but try to remember we have limited time so be brief with your questions to allow others to speak. No matter what political party you support I ask everyone to show respect for the position he holds. Please welcome him.
Second, a reminder of our fourth annual club picnic is coming up Saturday July 19th. The picnic will start around 12:00 noon and continue until 3:00 pm. This picnic is for GHRPC members and immediate family members. Please feel free to bring a dish if you like but, it’s not required. This is an opportunity to get to know other members of our great club. The last three have been a real hoot and I’m sure this one will be also. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy! We are counting on good weather. (No surprise work party!)
The upper and lower range will be closed to shooters during the hours of 11:00 am to 3:00pm There will be a lot of people walking around and looking at our facility, so we need to keep it safe.
Thank You
Riley Morris
