DRAFT Minutes of the Regular Meeting Grays Harbor Rifle and Pistol Club October 21, 2025 The meeting was called to order @ 6:30 by President Riley Morris Executive Board/Trustees/Committee Members present: President Riley Morris, Vice President Roy Pauley was excused, Secretary Jim Nearing Trustees Jacob Matsen (Interim) Tyler Williams. Gina Rawlings was excused. (Colin Scott has resigned). Committee Members Jerry Charlton – Black Powder Gary Emberly – Pistol Group Lance Fry – Trap Group Dale Hensley – .50 Cal FLAG SALUTE Treasurer Report was given by Club President Riley Morris. Paul Gardner has resigned. Meeting Minutes. The minutes from the August 19, 2025 meeting were read and approved. OLD BUSINESS COMMITTEE REP0RTS Committee reports were given by Jerry Charlton – Black Powder, Gary Emberly – Pistol League, Lance Fry – Trap Shooting, and Dale Hensley – .50 Cal. President Riley Morris gave a report on the Firearms Classes given by our Firearms Instructor Eagle Tovar. The classes meet the state requirements for training every 5 years and are available for our members and the general public. Please check out the classes on the “Trainings Tab” on the Club website. Guest Waivers. The requirement to have a guest waiver form filled out for any guests that club members bring to the range. This is a one-time requirement. Club Emails. Riley explained the Club’s use of email to contact members to inform regarding notifications and upcoming events. Membership Renewals. Riley shared the process for renewing club membership for next year. Club Members must attend at least one meeting every year and get their membership card punched. (There are only 2 meetings left in 2025 to attend and get your card punched to allow you to use the mail in membership renewal option.) Mail in renewals must be postmarked by March 31, 2026. Dues for senior membership is $50 a year. Dues for regular membership is $100 per year. NEW MEMBERS 13 New club members were voted in as a block.
